Unwanted Belly Fat

 

Where does that unwanted belly fat come from?  Basically, the most common cause of this stubborn problem is poor eating habits along with lack of exercise, and stress.  However, there are also other factors which contribute to the storing of fat around the waist.  Looking at some of these reasons may help you determine what your problem may be.

It is a natural occurrence that after females reach menopause the fat will begin to build-up through out the body.  The typical storage place is the stomach area.  This causes some stress trying to devise a plan to shrink the unwanted belly fat from around the stomach.  To remove the fate usually requires a dedicated plan of diet and exercise.  Utilize a reasonable diet plan including exercise.

Some people gain weight in particular areas because of genetics.  The basic body shapes are pear-shaped and apple-shaped.  The person who has most of their weight stored in lower area of the body is referred to as being pear-shaped.  On the other hand, if the fat is stored in the middle portion of the body it is known as being apple-shaped.  These body shapes are possibly due to genetics.
