What Causes Flabby Belly Fat?

 

What causes flabby belly fat?  More reasons than you would expect.  Everyone knows that you can’t get away with eating hamburgers and French fries and other such foods high in trans fats without paying the price – stubborn belly fat.  It is common knowledge that all that these foods will cause is bloating and a lot of cellulite, and abdominal fat.  Also well known to people is that the lack of exercise in conjunction with a constant eating diet of these types of foods will get you a lot of health problems.  You will begin to develop heart trouble, cancer, diabetes and other serious health problem which will jeopardize your life.  Control your consumption of these foods and find time to get some type of exercise.

Other factors which contribute to belly flabby belly fat which may not be so obvious are the lack of sleep and becoming stressed -out.  Always make an effort to get at least seven to nine hours of sleep per night.  Those who do get fewer than four hours of seep a night have better than a seventy percent chance of becoming obese than do those who sleep for at least seven to nine hours.  When you don’t get enough sleep your body doesn’t make enough insulin which is vital for regulating blood sugar.  This is extremely important for diabetics to know.  Another important fact to know about is that not getting enough sleep is that it lowers the body’s leptin supply which is responsible for signaling the brain that you are no longer hungry, thus causing you to eat more than you need.

If you find yourself trying to fall asleep and can’t because you are worrying about forgetting something you have to do the next day, just make sure you have a To-Do-List to.  Make sure to include the things you have to do for the next day written down so that you won’t have to stay awake all night worrying about what you have might forget.

Drinking alcohol is another enemy of getting adequate sleep.  It can deprive you of your much needed sleep the same as performing tasks while in bed can.  Don’t pay those credit card bills or bring home work to do while you are in bed.  If you use your bed for rest, relaxation, and sleep rather than for performing other activities you will be able to achieve a more thorough night’s sleep.

As you can see, flabby belly fat can be caused by factors you probably have not even imagined.  To watch your trans fats, exercise, get plenty of sleep, and don’t stress.  These are good rules to live by.
