Don't Lose The Battle Of The Bulge Against Belly Fat!
Do you have some extra weight around the belly, thighs, stomach, arms, and neck? Have you tried those miracle diets that are supposed to melt away the pounds? Are you tired of feeling run-down, out of breath, and just plain “blah”? If so, it’s time to step up and win the Battle of the Bulge against belly fat? But how? It all comes down to bad eating habits. Sure, you can exercise—in fact, you should because it builds muscle and increases metabolism, which is a key to burning calories. But no amount of exercise can burn the necessary calories to take off the pounds you’ve put on if you’re not going to eat right. Let me give you a scenario and ask yourself, “Is this the story of my life?” A husband runs out the door on his way to work. He drives by a fast food place and has a couple of sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits along with some hash rounds and a Coke. He sits in the office all morning, not getting out and moving around much. For lunch, he heads down to the local deli and has a double bacon cheeseburger, French fries, potato chips, and a Sprite. He makes it back home and plops down on the couch. When supper rolls around, the family decides to order out for some Mexican food. He orders a copule of burritos, an enchilada, and a fried ice cream. If that’s you, the problem boils down to eating too many foods that are high in calories and saturated fat. Do you remember back in elementary school when they made you learn that food pyramid chart in health class? That pyramid holds the key to a healthy lifestyle with balanced nutrition. Eat the proper amount of fruits, vegetables, bread, pasta, meat, cereals, and such. Avoid an excess of potato chips, candy bars, and especially soft drinks. Many people consume 3-5 pops a day, which is simply too many. By eating healthier, it makes exercise productive and worthwhile. One final tip—stay away from fat loss pills unless specifically prescribed by a doctor. They have a tendency to become addictive. Besides this, they rarely work as intended. You may lose a few pounds in the beginning, but there are unpleasant side effects and usually you end up gaining back the weight in the end. The best way to lose weight and burn belly fat is the natural way.
